Immunity and Yoga's Impact

Currently, the world is in a state of upheaval. Normal is not a term that is applied to anything right now. Uncertainty is prevalent. The conditions we are living in can easily become a breeding ground for stress and impaired immune response. Yet we are living in a time where optimal immune function is essential. So, what can we do?
In this two-hour live online workshop, students will learn and understand the physiology of how our immune system functions and what causes a decline in the immune response. Explore scientific studies demonstrating the correlation between yoga’s positive impacts and optimal immune function. Students will learn yogic techniques to practice at home, alone, or with family, to up-regulate their immune response.
This workshop is also available for continuing education credits.
