Online or In-Person Offerings

Mysore programs are group classes where students are instructed one-on-one within a group setting to cultivate community while honoring individual differences. Since guidance is not collective, students are welcome to enter and exit anytime during the designated time frame.

What sets Jennifer Pierotti’s Mysore program apart is her distinct vision of combining Yoga Therapy, Ashtanga, and Iyengar principles. She creates practices that prioritize students’ unique bone structure and strengths, combined with physical challenges, to customize an approach that creates balance and peace.

Teacher Training & Continuing Education

Jennifer Pierotti is an educator for Yoga Alliance through 200 & 300 hour teacher training and continuing education programs. She offers customized mentorships and independent studies to meet the needs and interests of new and established teachers. Jennifer’s scientific and evidence-based programs emphasize musculoskeletal, physiological, and neuroscience comprehension and application. Individualized guidance and feedback provide a platform for teachers to grow, overcome areas of ineffectiveness, and improve their ability to deliver information authentically.

Customized Lessons for Individuals & Groups

Private lessons are an opportunity for self-exploration and individualization. They are a safe place to learn how to work with injuries and utilize yoga as an effective place for rehabilitation. Jennifer begins sessions with a musculoskeletal evaluation. Her advanced knowledge of anatomy produces precise sequencing, alignment, and hands-on adjustments that elevate beginning and advanced yoga practices. Her teaching method enables clients to develop a deep connection with their bodies. Sessions are available remotely and in-person.

Intentional Practices

Intentional Practice is Jennifer’s signature style that incorporates her knowledge as a yoga therapist and teacher. Each class is customized to support a specific focus, condition, disease, injury, or musculoskeletal dysfunction. Sessions optimize health, resilience, day-to-day functioning, and the ability to connect to joy. Classes are prerecorded via zoom and downloadable to keep.

Jennifer can also tailor a practice for individuals or groups with specific goals or needs. Choose the customize option to submit a request.
